British Railways Class 81

I managed to pick up another on of DC Kits resin Class 81 kits and although I had already built one of these, decided to make this one into the Type B version. These were designed for freight use and were numbered in the E3301 series. This didn't last long and they were renumbered into the main E30xx series.

The resin body with headcode hole made, buffers, rear marker lights and pantographs added

Body primed ready for painting

Body painted with numbers and crest added. Air vents lined out in white.

There is still a bit of work needed to complete this model.
